It’s not magic.
It’s not wishful thinking.
It’s not falling asleep on your textbook to learn through osmosis, instead of studying.
Manifesting is a step-by-step process for bringing what aligns with your truest self (not settling, not comparing yourself to others)

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF
- start with the belief that you’re worthy
- a very personal experience

DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT
- get clear on what you want
- visual imagery can help with this, get specific

FEEL THE ENERGY OF YOUR GOAL
- re-align your energy, practice feeling the feelings
- focus on the what & the why, release the how

RELEASE
- let go of controlling & be open to opportunities
- generate more energy & conversation
- flow with the energy & follow the path
- relinquish control of the details & trust, stay flexible
- evaluate your internal beliefs

TAKE INSPIRED ACTIONS
- use affirmations & mantras to help yourself focus
- magnetism & the law of attraction, pull vs. push
- start small & keep going

LET GO & ALLOW THE MANIFESTING PROCESS TO UNFOLD
- have fun
- no more “work” left to do on your end

RECEIVE
- graciously accept what you want into your life
- acknowledge you are worthy
- it doesn’t always show up exactly how you imagined, that’s OK
