It’s time to check in, how are your wellness habits lately? That’s a big question. Today we’ll break it down for you. Is anything out of alignment right now? Finding balance is the key! Your physical, mental and emotional health are interconnected. So, today we’re going back to basics.

By the end of today’s episode, you’ll set a specific, personal goal that will immediately improve your wellness, and in the next 5 days you’ll feel mentally, spiritually & physically better! Who doesn’t love that!? Kit & Kae did their wellness homework and share the results of their wellness wheel check-ins, their specific goals, and the results of their 5 day experiments. Then it’s your turn, as Kit names each of the 9 areas (below) that comprise your wellness wheel, notice your reaction. Do you get excited and feel confident & competent?
