Wellness is bespoke, customizable, PERSONAL, made for you, by you.

How to make ongoing, sustainable changes vs. dramatic/temporary changes

There is no quick fix that actually works long-term.
Accepting: polarity, contrast, imperfection, that the ideal changes over time

Copying someone else
Rigid planning
Seeking perfection
All or nothing mentality - black or white thinking
The most visible parts of wellness aren’t the most important. There is no single most important part of your wellness. ALL parts matter.
