Episode 76: Can Reflection Make Your Life Better?

Today’s theme is how reflection helps you on your wellness journey. Even though coaching is a forward-focused process, we know there’s power in examining the past to find trends, see what has worked for you (and is therefore likely to help you in the future) and what hasn’t worked for you (and probably isn’t worth trying again).
You also get tools for adjusting to change, how to deal with hard things, and ways to release what no longer serves you. We reflect on the Covid induced changes over that last 18 months.

Let your mind go to the worst case scenarios to get the fears out.
Then go to the best case, to explore the possibilities of change.
