Your physical health directly impacts your mental health. We’re going back to basics as we transition from summer to fall. It’s time to check in, how are your wellness habits lately?

That’s a big question. Today we’ll break it down for you.

By the end of today’s episode, you’ll set a specific, personal goal that will immediately improve your wellness, and in the next 5 days you’ll feel mentally and physically better!

Kit & Kae did their wellness homework and share the results of their wellness wheel check-ins, their specific goals, and the results of their 4/5 day experiments.

Then it’s your turn, as Kit names each of the 9 areas (below) that comprise your wellness wheel, notice your reaction. Do you get excited and feel confident & competent? Do you think, “Uugh, not that one?” This gut-level reaction is information you need. Pay attention.
