  • Humans flourish with interruption

  • 55 minutes of one thing followed by 17 minutes of disengagement, rest & relaxation

  • Isometric exercises you can do at your desk (that no one will know you’re doing) to increase blood flow & oxygen to your brain to increase productivity & profits up to 520% (Yes, you read that right!)

  • What push notifications do to your productivity and what you can do to combat the disruptions
